Overview
Conference deadlines do not move.
A symposium closes its call on a fixed date, the programme committee meets once, and a paper that arrives late simply does not appear.
We work to the calendar rather than around it — abstract, full paper, slides and, afterwards, the journal version that turns a conference appearance into a permanent citable record.
